Sourcing

We prefer primary sources: filings, regulator notices, official platform documentation, on-chain records and named statements. Where an item relies on a secondary report, that report is named. Where a claim originates with a platform, it is presented as a provider-reported claim and not as a finding of this publication.

Verification

A fact is marked verified only when we have reviewed a primary source. Fields we could not verify are shown as unverified rather than filled with marketing copy. Items carry a last-verified date; where none exists, the page says so.

Separation of content types

  • News — reported developments
  • Market analysis — analytical interpretation, timestamped
  • Historical analysis — archived analysis, never presented as current
  • Guides and explainers — educational material
  • Platform reviews — research against a published methodology
  • Security reports — incidents and allegations, labelled separately
  • Press releases and sponsored content — supplied material, disclosed

Language

We do not describe platforms as “best”, “safe” or “trusted” as a matter of publisher fact, and we do not present trading as a source of stable income or a career. Legacy material containing such claims is quarantined rather than silently rewritten.

Dates

Publication dates are never adjusted to manufacture freshness. An updated date appears only when the text itself changed.
